What's the difference between feeling numbness and getting that "pins and needles" feeling?
Sometimes I wake up with numb lips and chin, like its fallen asleep. Usually my arm is also numb on that side. As soon as I change position i get pins and needles and then the feeling goes back to normal. What is this from? Is this normal?
