Eye infection: Nothing is impossible, but usually a bacterial infection will require treatment.

Maybe,maybe not : Some of what people label as pinkeye is irritant (dust) reaction, wind born allergies, or viruses that will self heal. Some of these may also become bacterial infections over time. At that point, antibiotic drop will be needed.
