Panic: Sense of impending doom, tense muscles, heart racing, sweating, GI upset, fast breathing, sense of urgency, fear of dying or going crazy, headache, chest tightness, blurred vision, numbness & tingling, with symptoms lasting few minutes to 1/4 hour.
