Ask your doctor: Flutter devices for patients with bronchiectasis (for example cf) should be used to help clear excess thick secretions from the airway. If it takes you one, two or three times daily to keep your secretions manageable, than that is what you do. Best to ask the doctor who prescribed it for you.
