Dangerous BP #: These numbers put your mean arterial pressure at 186, which is WAY higher than the > 150 mark for acute stroke risk. I hope you took the previous advice and called 911, as this is a medical emergency. With these numbers, the risk of stroke in the here and now is real.

CALL 911: If this BP is confirmed then it is an emergency to get seen. You are at risk for 'a vascular event' (e.g. Stroke, heart attack...).
