Moderate: If you have sickle cell trait you do not have the disease and can perform any exercise that you wish you do not have a sickling problem. If you have sickle cell anemia then moderate exercises should be tolerated if one you drink plenty of fluids and two when you feel tired you immediately rest. Exercising in moderation, hydration and rest is the key to not experiencing problems.
