See ophthalmologist: It could be 1. Refractive error, need glasses 2. Cataracts 3. Cornea problem 4. Retina problem this needs to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist.

Cataract : Monocular diplopia or double vision in one eye is related to cataract changes 95% of the time and macular pathology (changes in the retina) 5%.
