Tylenol (acetaminophen): Always take the one with the lower amount. The fda will require will require all tylenol (acetaminophen) to be no more than 350mg - this will happen soon.

Higher: All things being equal, the higher amount of Acetaminophen will be more effect. It is safe as long as the patient does not have liver disease.
