Try a decongestant: Your eustachian tubes may be blocked. Try a decongestant such as Pseudoephedrine first. If that doesn't work, see your doctor.

Hearing loss: Some hearing loss is common after a cold, due to eustachian catarrh. Usually it is transient and hearing should get back to normal after cold subsides.
