Dysmenorrhea: Dysmenorrhea (painfule period), take Motrin a few days befiore period start and during the period. Excessive bleeding, keep pad diary per day (normal is about 4-5 per day) bring to doctor; i will take iron 1-3 times a day, and have anemia test done. See pcp or gyn.
