: You should definitely have a thorough evaluation by a primary care or Gyn Dr &amp; some lab tests like thyroid test, pregnancy test, &amp; maybe checking for infection (if you are sexually active), &amp; maybe an ultrasound . Stress can also affect periods/bleeding
