Certainly possible.: If you have a history of kidney stones, a stone that has passed into the bladder could account for all of these symptoms together. A bladder stone can be painful and irritating, causing bladder spasms that can feel like rectal pressure, pelvic discomfort, and bladder neck irritation that is pain referred to the tip of the penis. I recommend you seek an evaluation from you doctor.
