No.: Ibs is not uncommon and should not interfere with you ability to conceive and carry a pregnancy to term. Very severe disease can cause preterm contractions during diarrhea/colic episodes, so make sure a gastroenterologist and maternal-fetal medicine specialist are both following you along.
