Avoid sugar: Avoid all sugar, and avoid grains/pasta/breads as much as possible as well. You need to reduce Insulin level and this is what it takes. Nac and lipoic acid are important supplements to help. Add good multivitamin as well. Everyone also needs vitamin d! lose wt if overweight. Would help to see a doc who prescribes bio-identical hormones. Good luck.
