Yes: The acl reconstruction should not keep you from riding roller coasters. 1 month after surgery you may still have some trouble walking normally, so remember to pace yourself and try not to limp around the park.

Acl: No i would not recommend taking the chance. You could twist the knee on the roller coaster and damage the graft.
