Xalatan (latanoprost) eye pain: Yes. Xalatan (latanoprost) is a prostaglandin analog...In other words the substance we try to eliminate when we take ibuprofen. However, of that class of medicine, it typically stings the least. Try refrigerating. Otherwise, it gets better with time.
