Surgery or Laser: If the scars are superficial, topical retinoic acid and a broad spectrum sunscreen may be sufficient to augment the recently developed acne scars. If the scars are old, deep, and pin point (ice pick scar), surgical excisions with suture closure will be optimal. If the acne scars are broad and deep, multiple sessions with a fractionated laser would gradually improve their appearance.

Get evaluated: I can see or examine "these" scars. But scars can not be removed. Scars are for life. How ever there are treatments to inprove the scars appearance and make them look better. See a good plastic surgeon.
