Yes but not likely: It is possible, but not very likely. Unless you or your partner were raped or got a sexually transmitted disease from birth, or got a disease from a needle stick, IV drug abuse, blood transfusion, etc. Then neither one of you has a disease that can be transmitted. On the other hand, it is hard to know if someone is truly a virgin just by asking. Trust and honesty are very important.
