How can you tell itchy rash of scabies from a pregnancy related rash?

Scabies gets worse: Scabies is a mite infestation, so without treatment it will get worse and worse. It is extremely itchy, and often the bumps will bleed from all the scratching. Usually a pregnancy-related rash will not be so severe nor gradually worsen over time. Also, scabies is contagious; pregnancy obviously is not.
