Need details: Most people with heart disease experience chest pain unrelated to breathing or pressure on the chest, perhaps taking the breath away, and this requires a physician office visit. Continuous pain of cardiac origin is uncommon, but can be mimicked by anything from chronic inflammation of the pericardium to a misaligned rib arch to a serious infection of the tissues around the heart such as tb.
