Classic triad: Typically defined by the classic triad of eye inflammation (conjunctivitis, iritis, scleritis), urethritis, and arthritis. Many patients with reiters also have a gene called hla-b27. Talk to your primary care doctor about your symptoms to see if referral to an ophthalmologist is indicated.
