A member asked:

What is the best treatment for reiter's syndrome?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

NSAIDs, Rx infection: Reactive arthritis (reiter's syndrome) is usually treated with anti-inflammatory agents like Ibuprofen or naproxn. If there is an ongoing infection believed to have triggered the arthritis, this should be treated too. Sometimes, other drugs will be used for the arthritis, including steroids. Eye drops might be required for conjunctivitis symptoms.
