Unfortunately: Most inflammatory conditions are worsened by anxiety. Stress hormones, vascular constriction, etc often affect inflammation and trigger worse symptoms. I would suggest meditation, relaxation training, yoga, breathing exercises or any exercises that help keep your stress and anxiety levels lower. Medication can help, but try to use it sparingly and rely on the techniques to relax.
