What can i do if i have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, arthritis, and copd, ?

Define each: Each needs to be defined and treated. You need to discuss with your physician how to handle each. Fibromyalgia needs attention to sleep, stress andpsychological issues and exercise. This needs to be integrated to all of your medical needs.

Copd: Too many things going on at onetime. Obviously you cannot do anything yourself, you need to depend on your doctor to help you out. If you are a smoker quit now. Exercise as tolerated, good diet, should also help.
