Not even close: Adderall is a stimulant (amphetamine). Like all stimulants, it's effects on adhd are nearly immediate but last only a limited number of hours. It can be used some days and skipped others. Strattera (atomoxetine) is an antidepressant. It must be taken daily and can take weeks before it produces benefits; but, they last all day. Side effects also are quite different. They actually can be used together.

Strattera (atomoxetine): No. Adderall is amphetamine-type stimulant. Strattera (atomoxetine) is not.
