Requires specialist: Deep cystic acne -- if that is what it is -- requires, and responds well to treatments only available to -- a specialist dermatologist. There will be no easy fix. Please forgive my frankness, and i hope that in a health care system that is often dysfunctional, you find the treatment that should be available to everyone.
