Neck problem?: Not enough detail to answer well, but neck, head, or shoulder pain with head turning is often due to spine, rib, or cranial bone problems. Other causes might be lymph node swelling, goiter, infection, etc. A good medical assessment by your osteopathic physician-who will do everything your md will do, but can also check for & treat these musculoskeletal problems with her hands would be a good idea.
