What's the best way to take care of a recently pierced ear?

Clean and rotate : Keep the area clean with soap and water, you can use a dab of alcohol and/or peroxide to disinfect for a day or two. Be sure to rotate the earring and keep it in place for at least a few weeks before removing it for prolonged periods.
