Want more or less?: In order to get an erection, the blood supply into the penis has to be greater than the blood supply coming out of the penis. This is controlled by valves in the blood vessels which are controlled by nerves which are stimulated during arousal which is enhanced by testosterone. In other words, it is complicated! assuming you want your partner to have more, then get him checked out.
