Depends!: Any injury which involves a loss of consciousness, change in mental status, vomiting, severe headaches, clear fluid from nose or ears, large hematoma will require an immediate evaluation by a physician and follow up by the physician for any residual symptoms. If any residual symptoms persist, neurology is usually consulted and they will determine your capability of tolerating such forces involved.
