Nothing: If you code, CPR is performed but the area compressed is not the breast but the sternum, or chest bone. So rest assured, your implants will be safe!

Nothing different…: In the event of a cardiac arrest, patients are resuscitated “normally” with breast implants in place. In other words, management is not altered. Best wishes.

Proceed as usual: It is unlikely that normal chest compression will interfere with the breast implants and it is unlikely that the breast implants will interfere with properly performed breast compressions.
