Fertility eval: Endocrine or hormonal problems are tested with bloodwork, and anatomy is tested with a combination of ultrasound and possibly x-ray study (hsg.) other tests are helpful on an individual basis. Oh, male partners need to be tested too!

Test reproduction: Female age and egg quality is blood (amh, fsh) and ultrasound (antral follicles). Anatomy is ultrasound (sis, shg) or x-ray (hsg) + sometimes surgery (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy). Ovulation (bbt, opk, sono, progesterone). Partner sperm critical too. Choice of tests based on age, history, examination. See specialist, best wishes.
