These deficits cause a major ipairment in social or occupational functioning affecting independence.

You don't!: There are many things that can cause memory problems! stress is one of the most common. If you have concerns, do not try to diagnose yourself! make an appointment with your family doc and if medically cleared, see a geriatric psychiatrist in your area.
