If you break your wrist, can you lift weights when cast is off?

Yes: If fracutre is healed. Wrist will need some occupational therary to get it strong. Due to cast and inactivity the wrist will look thinner, will be stiff, and weak initially. Therapy will get wrist back to normal funciton. Go slow and steady.
