What is gut dysbiosis?

New age term: That seems to mean a change in gut flora (i.e. A change in the patterns of bacteria that normally live in the gut - the colon) with adverse effects. My only caution: is the person using the term actually practising 'evidence based medicine'? You have to judge that for yourself.
