Does anyone know what to expect when u get a cast from toes to hip?

Yea: During the time you are in the cast you will experience muscle atrophy and weakness of the leg muscles as well as stiffness of the ankle and knee joint.

Atrophy over time: Depending on what the purpose of the cast is, you will naturally have stiffness, muscle soreness, and atrophy(shrinking of the muscles) after cast removal. With proper post cast physical therapy, these conditions will dissipate.
