Modalities, exercise: First the treatment for the above injury is not physical therapy. If it is a partial achilles tear one might need immobilization to allow healing. If the tear is completer, it will likely require a surgical repair followed by cast immobilization. After the injury has healed whether partial or complete, physical therapy with modalities, stretching and strengthening used to return to nl.
