No: Pimozide is used to block tics associated with tourette syndrome. It works by blocking Dopamine in the brain. There is very little information available on it's safety for breastfeeding moms. It is best to avoid taking Pimozide (ask your doctor if there are alternatives) while breastfeeding.

No: A breastfeeding woman usually should not take Pimozide unless her doctors have looked at her medical and psychiatric situation, and they have decided that the benefits of her taking the Pimozide outweigh the risks of her living without Pimozide and trying to care for the baby. So, the usual answer is "no" to taking Pimozide while breastfeeding, but there cases where the answer would be "yes".

Absence of Data: According to the us fda product labeling "it is not know whether Pimozide is excreted in human milk." a recent review article concluded "breastfeeding cannot be currently recommended" for Pimozide http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/23724438.
