Try nutrition: Psychological disorders often are made worse by poor nutrition. There are a couple of things worth trying. First eat a diet high in coconut oil and low in carbs to reach a ketototic state. Next try a supplement called nac at a dose of 2 grams per day. The nac reduces glutamate in your brain, and remember that your brain is 60% fat so if you eat a low fat diet you starve it.
