Not so!: Foods that have gluten replacements, like gluten free bread and pasta, are usually more expensive than traditional products, but simply avoiding these foods doesn't cost a penny. Don't seek substitutes, just delete them! you can ask for your burger with no bun, have soup and salad instead of a sandwich, have fruit instead of cake, etc.
