No: Fortunately, the aids virus, hiv, does not survive long outside the body, it cannot survive on a dry surface, like the top of a liquid bandaid bottle, and the liquid in liquid bandaid contains alcohol, which has been shown to inactivate the HIV virus. So even if infected blood were to come in contact with the bottle, it wouldn't survive long enough to infect the next person to use it.
