Implant: Consider an implant. They work well and most patients are satisfied. I refer to a urologist who does a lot of them. Ask your doctor.

Complicated: While i agree that an implant is an option, i would consider that only after you've failed all medical options, including intrurethral & intrcavernosal Alprostadil as well as vacuum pump. Plus don't forget its important to have complete eval by your family doc for other causes. Lastly, unlss you're happy w/your partner, no meds will help overcome bad relationship.
