Balanitis: Your symptoms are liking due to balanitis - an inflammation of the head of the penis. In uncircumcised males, it is usually due to poor hygiene, yeast infection, etc.. In circumcised males, it can be due to bacterial, viral (hpv) and/or fungal infection. Symptoms include itching, pain, redness of head of penis. I would recommend being seen by your physician if this is your first occurrence.
