Latex or spermicide: Most common reason for irritation with condom use is sensitivity either to latex or to chemical spermicide. Try using a non-latex condom without spermicide. Synthetic rubbers will still provide protection against both STDs and pregnancy, but natural lambskin is only effective for pregnancy protection, so don't rely on lambskin to protect from stds.
