A member asked:

How can you tell if you have mold, fungi, and/or yeast overgrowth in your intestines?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unusual: All of us have yeast as part of our normal intestinal flora. "overgrowth" would be very rare unless something was severely wrong with your immune system, you had been receiving antibiotics or other abnormal circumstances. You don't go looking for this for casual reasons.
