Most common probs...: Two different problems can cause issues for the patient. 1. Cardiac conduction defects leading to a/v node block. 2. Aortic vavle disease leading to insufficency. Some patients may experience pericarditis, but this is unusual. I see very little valvular disease, and occasional conduction defects. Don't fret!
