Gastro and orologist: Hemorrhoids may be treated by gastroenterologists or surgeons. Urinary problems should be addressed with a urologist.

Different: Hemorrhoids go to colorectal surgeon. Urinary problems usually a urologist. However sometime either are can be cause by the other. Start off with your family doctor and if he/she thinks it appropriate, they will refer you to a specialist as above.
