No problem: Unless the hemorrhoids are bleeding there is no problem in addressing the problem either by incision a thrombosed hemorhoid, or rubber banding a well defined prolapsed hemorhoid. If extensive and in need of resection and repair of anal skin one may wait until period is completed which is a matter of days.
