No: Homeopathy is based on the hypothesis that a substance that causes the symptoms of a disease in healthy people will cure that disease in sick people. It will do absolutely nothing for a disk herniation.

Look up a naturopathic doctor or a physician that does a lot of homeopathic treatments. Alternatively there are non-steroidal epidural injections or even stem cell based injections.
