DEPENDS IF BELIEVE: Homeopathy is a philosophy of healing. Some physicians believe in it. Most are doubtful. If you find this appealing, perhaps try it immediately, and if no sign of clear help in labs, consider other options. Tourette's can have many infection causes and other causes.
